    • Your national ID card or a valid passport if you are not a Motswana
    • Utility documents in your name (water, electricity or phone bill)
    • A copy of your latest payslip or a letter from your employer
  • For an Ignition Account

    • Your Omang card or a valid passport if you are not a Motswana
    • Completed income declaration form
    • Confirmation of your address (a letter from your college or university)
  • For a Direct Ultimate Account (company scheme employees only)

    • Your national ID card or a valid passport if you are not a Motswana
    • Utility documents in your name (water, electricity or phone bill)
    • A copy of your latest payslip or a letter from your employer
